The automatic locking systems of the fire doors must consist of a device according to the UNE EN1154:2003 “Building hardware. Controlled closing devices for doors. Requirements and test methods.”
Can be supplied with arms or with a guide though the standard is to arm. They have speed regulation 3-4, hydraulic regulation of the final shock.
The CE marking is established by the Construction Products Directive 89/106/EEC, which defines a building product as “any product manufactured for permanent incorporation in the works.”
These devices are certified as fire resistant checks can be seen in the CE label.
